What are the Hours?

Full Event • 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

Trade Show • 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Class 1 • 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Class 2 • 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

Class 3 • 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Class 4 • 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Cocktail Hour • 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Dinner Served • 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Concert • 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Dessert Bar • 8:00 – 10:00 pm

Where do I park?

 Parking is located in the large 4-story garage accessible from Katella Blvd or Disney Way.

Proceed to the 4^th level, north side, closest to the signage for “Live Entertainment.” This opening will put you directly in front of the House of Blues.

GardenWalk provides the 1^st hour of parking complimentary and charges $3 per hour after that.

Where do I Uber?

House of Blues Anaheim

Drop off is easiest on Disney Way which will put you directly below the House of Blues. Simply walk up the stairs, take the escalator or elevator to the 4^th level, and you will see the entrance for House of Blues.

Getting there from the Anaheim Convention Center or nearby hotels:

Enter near the Anaheim Garden Walk restaurants on Katella Avenue and proceed to the back of the mall complex where you will then take the escalator or elevator to the 4^th level. Follow directional signage to House of Blues Restaurant & Bar.

Where are the Training Classes located?

The Foundation Room

*The foundation room is located directly in front of the House of Blues and across from Johnny Rockets* There will be signage. This is where the AIAs, Training and Panel will take place. Registration will be upstairs.

1. Enter the Foundation Room door. It is a specific and separate entry.
2. Once you go through the FD entry, hit the elevator button to go upstairs.
3. Walk across the catwalk – signage will direct you.
4. Registration will be at the entry to the Foundation room across the catwalk. Please have your QR code ticket ready.

Can I receive credit for the classes?

Yes! Two out of the four classes provided earn you credit.
