IF YOU ARE COMING IN A PERSONAL VEHICLE:
Please park in the “Gardenwalk Public Parking Lot”, accessible from both Katella Ave and Disney Way.
Proceed up to the 4th floor and park on the North end closest to the double doors.
IF YOU ARE COMING IN ANYTHING LARGER THAN A PERSONAL VEHICLE:
Please advance with your Logistics Manager.

Please park and unload down there, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and use the back hallways to access the event space.
Call your Logistics Manager when you arrive.

You will be provided with 6’ table top, black table cloth and an Electrical Plug for power. Please bring Additional Power supplies as needed (120V only)
Boxes must be able to fit under a 6’ standard table. Facility is not able to store boxes.
LOAD-OUT: Starting after 7:00 pm
Event Ends: 10:00 pm
**If Performance is handling the removal of your samples please read the below**
We will provide a green label sticker to notify movers of which boxes they must transport for you. Please be sure to place a green sticker on all boxes you will need transported at the end of the show.
